*Please note that 'working days' means Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am - 5pm GMT (excluding public holidays in the UK and in the country to which the products will be delivered). If you place an order on a retail partner's website before 3pm (UK time) on a UK working day, then we will dispatch the order that day and if you place an order on a retail partner's website after 3pm (UK time) on a UK working day, or on a weekend or UK public holiday, then we will dispatch the order the next UK working day.

*However, if you are placing an order during a retail partner's 'drop', please allow some extra time for your order to be processed and dispatched. Typically, orders placed during these high volume times (mostly Fridays) are dispatched the following Wednesday. The above delivery windows still apply.

We will naturally take all reasonable measures to ensure that the products are delivered to you within the estimated delivery period but please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (see the section What happens if my delivery is late or not delivered?).

I live outside the UK. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes and any other customs requirements when importing products into a country outside of the UK. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties or taxes, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Are there any countries that you don't deliver to?

For TTT London Limited product deliveries we ship internationally, including to the United States of America, Canada and Japan.

When do I pay the delivery charges?

If you choose to use Endell Shipping when placing an order on our retail partner's website, you must pay the delivery charges when paying for your order.

Delivery Costs

The costs will be delivered as displayed to you on our website, and are available here http://www.endellshipping.com/terms.html

What happens if my delivery is late or not delivered?

On occasion, delays in delivery may be experienced due to circumstances beyond the control of us or the courier company.

If your package has not been delivered within our estimated delivery times, please firstly check that the courier company has not attempted a delivery when you were out. All shipped packages require a signature and may be being held at your local collection office.

Should you suspect your order to have been lost by the courier company, please contact us at info@thetrilogytapes.com and we will be happy to investigate on your behalf.

Please note that in the unlikely event of the courier company losing your order we are required to allow the courier a certain period of time to investigate any loss and confirm failure to deliver. Please contact us for information on this timeframe. In the event of your order being lost, our retail partner will refund you the amount you paid for the products ordered on their website and we will refund you the amount you paid for delivery. However, please note that we are unable to process any refunds before the courier has had the opportunity investigate.

Who will deliver my parcel?

UPS or Royal Mail courier services.

How do I track the progress of my order?

Once we have posted your order, we will send you a dispatch email confirming that your order is on its way. If your order does not arrive within our stated delivery times, please see the section above What happens if my delivery is late or not delivered?.

Will I have to sign for delivery?

For security reasons we will usually require dispatched packages to be signed for on receipt of delivery.

If you're not at home when the courier company deliver, they may leave your package with a friendly neighbour or will leave you a card so you can rearrange delivery or pick up from your local collection office.

What are your contact details?

You can contact us at info@thetrilogytapes.com

How do I cancel my order?

We only deal with the shipping of goods ordered from our retail partners. If you wish to cancel your order, please see the relevant section of the retail partner's terms and conditions for more details.

What is your returns policy?

We only deal with the shipping of goods from our retail partners. If you wish to return your goods, please see the relevant section of the retail partner's website for their returns policy. Please return your goods to Endell Shipping, PoBox 1354, Enfield, EN19BT

We highly recommend prior to returning items that you check with your chosen courier that they will deliver to Po Box addresses in the U.K to avoid any delays which may affect your refund. You can view which couriers have access to the Royal Mail sorting network by opening the following link - https://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-tracked-signed/tracked/delivery-partners.

Your rights

Under certain circumstances you have rights under the data protection laws in relation to your personal information, as follows:

  1. The right to access the personal data we hold on you and other information about how we use it, who we share it with, where we obtain it, and how long we keep it for. We will usually have one month to respond, except for complex or multiple requests where this may be extended by a further two months. A fee is not normally chargeable for such a request, but if we choose to respond to any manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, we may charge a reasonable fee for doing so.
  2. The right to request that we correct and update any inaccurate or out of date personal data we hold about you.
  3. The right to data portability, which means the right to receive an electronically readable copy of your data, where your personal data was collected with your consent or under performance of contract, and our processing of that personal data is carried out by automated means.
  4. The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, where such processing is subject to your consent.
  5. The right to object to the processing of your personal data or to request that we erase your data, where we no longer have a legitimate reason for processing such data or it is being processed unlawfully.
  6. The right to lodge a complaint with the UK data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you think that we are breaching your rights under data protection laws.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance. We may ask for more information from you to verify your identity or clarify the nature of your request before we can respond in full.

Information we collect and why

The personal information we may collect from you includes your name, address details, email address, and telephone number.  We do not collect any other personal information such as bank account or payment details.

The legal basis under which we process your personal information is ‘Performance of Contract'. This means that we only process your data in order to carry out the contract created between us when you place an order on our one of our retail partner’s websites.

By proceeding to use our delivery services, you consent to our use of your personal information, as follows:

  • We will use your personal information only as necessary for delivering to you the products that you have ordered from the relevant retail partner.
  • We will only disclose your personal information to other organisations in the following circumstances:
    • To the relevant courier companies and other supply chain partners engaged by us to deliver your products (UPS, Scurri and Royal Mail), solely as necessary to deliver your products.  We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
    • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your data in order to comply with any legal obligation or legal process (for example, a court order).
    • In order to enforce or apply our contractual rights, including these Delivery Terms.
    • In order to protect the rights, property, or safety of Endell Shipping or others.
    • If Endell Shipping undergoes a change of control or any of its business or assets are sold or transferred, in which case we may disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer.
    • If Endell Shipping or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case data held by us about your order and delivery information will be one of the transferred assets.
  • We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
  • We store your personal information for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction was made (January 31st) to comply with our legal and contractual obligations. After this period it is anonymised and held for statistical and record keeping purposes, and any data that could be used to identify you will be deleted. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your personal information: see your legal rights above for further information.
  • Data held about you which we give to our suppliers may be transferred by them to, or stored at, or processed by personnel at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to your personal information by ensuring that relevant safeguards are implemented as follows:
    • We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission.
    • Where we use certain suppliers, we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.
    • Where we use providers based in the United States of America, we may transfer data to them if they are part of the Privacy Shield which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between Europe and the United States of America.

Please contact us if you want further information on the specific mechanism used by us when transferring your personal data out of the EEA.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.  If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.

Other important terms

Please note that:

  • We may change these Delivery Terms from time to time.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Delivery Terms to another organisation or deal with them in any other way that we consider appropriate.
  • You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Delivery Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
  • Nobody else has any rights under these Delivery Terms. This contract is between you and us. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these Delivery Terms.
  • If a court or relevant authority finds part of these Delivery Terms unenforceable, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these Delivery Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  • Even if we delay in enforcing these Delivery Terms, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Delivery Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
  • These Delivery Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.
